Be advised that the
ongoing affiliation and communication between you and Certified Coaches
Alliance is mandatory to maintaining your certification as the CCA
officially represents your International coach certification status.
The yearly renewal process of your certification standing is set-forth
for reasons including:
- Maintaining accurate records of Express Coaching™ alumni currently in active practice;
- Updating of records including changes to physical mailing address, telephone and email address;
- Closing files of coaches who have retired their International coach status;
- Closing files of coaches no longer in good standing due to default of yearly renewal processing;
- Closing files of coaches who have become deceased during the current year;
Failing to renew your yearly certification means any ongoing International certification status and designation that you have held through the Certified Coaches Alliance is no longer valid.
- Be advised that in allowing
your certification to lapse means that it is no longer permissible
for you to use or represent your International coach certification
standing received through the accredited program from which you
graduated and governed through the CCA in any manner, not
withstanding: Website(s), brochures, business cards,
client-information service materials, advertising, letters of
referral, resumes, articles, blogs, chat rooms and social networking
sites.
- Further, be advised that it is no longer permissible to display the CCA Logo (electronically or otherwise) in any manner, not withstanding: Website(s), brochures, business cards, client-information service materials, advertising, letters of referral, resumes, articles, blogs, chat rooms and social networking sites.
This notice is presented to you to preserve an accurate record of legal notification of the importance of maintaining your International coach status. This notice hereby serves as record to our Legal Team, our effort to maintain, uphold and represent the legal rights of individuals who choose to maintain their active International coach certification status through the Certified Coaches Alliance.
Should
you, for whatever reason, not renew your yearly certification your
designation and International coach status and use of your designation
is no longer available to you. Our affiliation and yearly renewal
process ensures that the CCA maintains active records of the coaches
that we represent who are in an active practice, those who have retired
their document and those individuals who have become deceased during any
current year. Should you NOT renew your yearly certification all rights
to use your designation are revoked and active legal action will be
taken should you continue its use. Any legal action taken is an endeavor
to maintain and protect the status of all active affiliated coaches who
are in good standing.
The Certified Coaches Alliance actively and aggressively pursues through
legal action any misuse, abuse or misrepresentation of the
certifications that it represents.

KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION UP TO DATE:
The renewal of your yearly certification requires the
CCA being able to get in touch with you. Email the CCA Administrative
Team if any of the following personal information changes: primary email
address, primary telephone contact number, physical mailing address. The
CCA office will attempt to remind you when your certification renewal is
due, however, ultimately it is your responsibility to keep your
information current. If you need to update your personal information
